Simply stunning this Sangiovese Rosé has aromas of fresh cut strawberries that are enhanced by bright cherry flavours and an elegant lingering finish.

Red cherry with wild strawberry.

Delicious cherry and wild strawberry flavours, minerality along the palate, crisp acidity and a lingering finish.

Baked honey lemon steelhead trout with roasted vegetables, strawberry and rocket salad with watermelon and goats cheese.

Winemaker Notes

Fruit selected from the Clare Valley region was harvested in the cool of the night, the juice was gently pressed in order to maximise freshness and flavour. The wine was then cold settled and cool fermented in stainless steel, enhancing the natural varietal characters with yeast strains. After a short period of time on yeast less the wine was bottled to preserve freshness.
