The Zilzie BTW Sauvignon Blanc delights with its refreshing notes, seamlessly complementing dishes such as sushi rolls with a tangy soy dipping sauce or lemon herb0roasted chicken.
To maintain the wine’s freshness and quality, the fruit was harvested during the cool evening hours. Each batch underwent a controlled fermentation in stainless steel, with subsequent lees stirring to add length and roundness to the palate. The wine was then blended, stabilised, and filtered before being bottled.
