Gently crushing selected Pinot Noir parcels initiated the process, followed by meticulous fermentation on skins within stainless steel sweep arm fermenters for five to seven days. Following this, the juice underwent membrane pressing and gracefully matured using French oak for about 3 to 4 months. The final steps included precise blending before bottling the wine..
