Fragrant floral notes with a muscat lift.

Tropical fruits, delicately sweet with a subtle hint of rose petal, and a refreshing spritz.

Pair the Zilzie BTW Moscato with grilled chicken and avocado mango salsa, or crispy coconut prawns with tangy dipping sauce.

Winemaker Notes

To preserve its natural freshness and quality, the fruit underwent harvesting under cool night temperatures. A controlled fermentation process in stainless steel was applied to individual batches, followed by gentle lees stirring to impart depth and roundness to the palate. Subsequently, the wine underwent blending, stabilisation, and filtering before bottling.
