Pale to very pale straw
Mandarin zest, hints of short crust pastry and orange blossom with varietal white nectarine
Lemon curd with white stonefruit flesh, fresh line of acid, with nettle and minerality on the finish. Balanced and delicious.
Mango and smoked chicken salad, seafood paella, grilled haloumi on crusty bread.
The fruit was harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness and quality. Individual batches were cool fermented in stainless steel, followed by lees stirring to give length and roundness to the palate. The wine was blended, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
