Premium parcels of Shiraz fruit from the Barossa region were fermented in rotary fermenters for a period of 8-12 days. The wine was gently pressed, underwent malolactic fermentation and blended. The wine was matured on French oak for approximately 1 year before bottling. The resulting wine has excellent depth of colour, richness and complexity.
